For a complete relaxing holiday: private transfer by the owner on request from Olbia or Arbatax Tortoli airport/harbour! 2 km away you find the seaport where boat trips do leave to visit other beautiful coves on the coast. The area is ideal for activities like climbing rocks and trekking.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity, water and gas. ADDITIONAL CHARGES to be paid on arrival: obligatory 50 Euros in total for final cleaning. Bed linen and towels on request 10 Euros per person per week. Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: 50 Euros.
PAYMENTS: 40% of the total rental to confirm the booking. Balance to be paid no less than 30 days before the arrival date by bank draft directly to the owner.
CANCELLATION POLICY: up to 30 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total rental; less than 30 days or for no shows: total amount of the rental.
